This is a fabulous and all-encompassing intro! I finally understand all that you do with a little more clarity. Also, working with you behind the scenes has been informative too ๐
I couldnโt do what Iโm doing here on substack without you Kristi. Youโve inspired me since my first days on the platform, and your behind the scenes work give me the space and freedom and organization to make this work.
That makes me so happy to hear! I feel so much gratification knowing what I do actually helps people. Plus...I just love getting to know you and everyone!
Compaetmentalization is healthy, to a point. But somehow those feels need to eventually get OUT. Iโve found that tiny mindfulness exercises gives them escape hatches in little bitty manageable slices.
We all have rich and difficult and vibrant and fulfilling lives, it just matters what we choose to pay attention to and be intentional about. I could wallow in victimhood from my challenges. Rather I choose to breathe in the vibrancy of aliveness they bring me.
What a beautifully articulated post on what it means to be highly sensitive. I felt seen and hopeful reading this. So happy to have subscribed to your substack. You are a wealth of knowledge and inspiration.
Thank you Cici for your heart-full comment. I think all HSPs just CRAVE being understood, and seen and heard. We are a unique breed with our capacity to feel, and to need depth and symbolism in all aspects of life.
What a great post Teri. And a fabulous picture of you!
Thereโs a place for us all in our compassionate living. Glad youโre here helping lives along the way. This post calls to mind what Ram Dass said โ Weโre all just walking each other home.โ

Isnโt Kristi the greatest? Sheโs also helped me enormously!
Very interesting! As a very sensitive person, I look forward to reading more from you. :)
Iโm so glad you found this community.
We are definitely connected through our sensitive souls.
The feels were too much most of my life so I just shoved them all in a box, and then hid it!

Iโm so excited to get to know you and your work more, Teri! Youโre great!

๐๐ปNo to victim mode, itโs easy to fall in, I felt that long ago.
Great work Teri. Lovely words and images - just all so well put together giving a really good vibe of what you are all about... a real force good.
Thanks JFT Beach. Coming from you that means the world.
All truisms thou scandalous boil-brained flap-dragon!

Yes! And I had to be "homeless" for several years to learn that home is wherever I am. Whenever people asked me where I live, I'd say "in my body".
