I will be checking your posts

I recovering from an eight week bout with something called polymylalgic rheumatism brought on by depression, virus, sealon change. It could have been any of the above.

Inflammation and pain in shoulders, arms hips.

Took somheavy drugs for 4 weeks that killed the swelling and local pain but left me weak and while body uncomfortable. Switched back to ibuprofen now feeling much better.

I do a variety of relaxation breathing and mantra exercises at night to calm myself to sleep.

Be well.

Have you experienced any grief or loss lately? Grief often masquerades as depression. As my most recent post describes.

Issues in shoulders often refer into the hips and vice versa. It’s often hard to tell if the origination is the hips or the shoulders.

Shoulders are energetically about holding burdens for others while hips are often about forward movement in life (or stunted forward movement in life). Sometimes they go hand in hand.

Thanks for subscribing.

In June I’ll be focusing on the energetic effects of medications.
