Bless you Teri. It was a moving half hour to be sure.💫🫶🏻

In recent years I’ve distanced myself massively, and continue to, from an auto-immune disease called narcolepsy. Healed gut issues such as IBS. Come off anti-depressants after 15 plus years, healed crippling anxiety, ran two marathons (something I’d have once thought utterly impossible especially having lost my thyroid to cancer) and one of the final frontiers is this psoriasis of the scalp….it’ll be gone one day… I have no doubt in my mind!

I’ll keep you updated. 🤓Thank you so much again for this. It was profound, and that’s coming from someone who has gone down many, many, many Woo Rabbit Holes!🐰😅🪄

Oh wow. While some of this I knew, some of it I didn't. You have been through quite a health journey, and healed the hardest of it. I suspect that Fudge will help you address the psoriasis in no time, given all the other things you have already healed. You are a true inspiration dear friend!

Bless you sooo much, you bloomin’ brilliant soul, you. Thank you! 🙏🏻

My sense is that the all of the health challenges (and above aren’t even all of them hahaha), were on account of deep self-suppression. As you said in the conversation, a woman of intense passion for life but couldn’t fully express even half of it.

I find it fascinating that my earth personality is Gate 55 in Human Design, which is aaaaall to do with freedom! So many layers to it but by knowing the opposite of freedom, it’s how I create true freedom within. An incredible journey I get to go on! 🥹🪄🗝️❤️

yes, an incredible journey. I hope you remember to put your arms up and scream WHEEEE like you would on a roller coaster, at least occasionally.

And here I thought I had all the books to interpret messages from my body, now I have 3 more coming!

Great post and reminder that when we feel the nudge at the start to listen before our body gets shouty! Like my tibialis anterior muscle--I'm listening but can't seem to comprehend the message!

I hear ya. Sometimes it takes an outside ear to translate. I’ve been an expert in this for decades, and I still have to hire my colleague to do readings for me when my body goes out of whack.

Just ordered a couple of Narayan's books, thanks for that! And I do the same with other colleagues, why I haven't this time...hmmm

beware, those books are VERY NEGATIVE...and full of very interesting information. Just do'nt become a hypochondriac.

I actually had a 90 minute chat with the publisher when I ordered and was made aware of how forthright the books are!

Wonderful writing Teri. And so exciting to watch you working with a client!! Wow.

Just to make sure I understand, should a person sign up for a one hour intake consultation to get a body wisdom reading done? And it’s $100 ? And, last question (I promise) do you do the aura reading as part of this too? 💞

Yes. A one-hour initial consultation is $100. What happens in that consultation could be a combination of body wisdom, chakra/aura, affirmation/language tuning, or ancestor analysis. You’ll get a sampling of each of these types of readings over the course of this month.

To clarify, each Tuesday this month I’ll be featuring a mini-reading for a guest Substack friend. You’ll get to see me at work like this one doing all kinds of woo-woo science sessions. When I work with clients in initial consultations, I provide whatever comes up in the session and could be a hybrid of all four. Or focused on just one. It depends on what the client brings to me.

This session with Suzy offered mainly Body Wisdom, but as she mentioned Fudge (as a four legged ancestor) a bit of ancestor work sneaked in. And as I mentioned her energy of Fire and Water, a bit of shaman healing came through as well.

Wow! Teri, this is so informative. Thank you for sharing all of this. (I’m a lover of the woo woo sciencey stuff as well, which you had most likely picked up on with me!) I’m going to save my pennies and schedule a session 🥰

Teri, your article is a beautiful reminder that our bodies are wise messengers. We often get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life, ignoring the subtle (and not-so-subtle) cues our bodies send us. Your stories about scoliosis, bronchitis, and broken toes are so relatable – it's like our bodies are screaming, "Pay attention!" I love the idea of a "Body Wisdom Reading." It's a fascinating concept that I'm eager to explore further. Thank you for sharing your insights and encouraging us to listen to our bodies.

Thank you for reading (and watching) and for your thoughtful comment.

It is so easy to ignore the subtle cues and comments from our bodies.

I'd be honored to give you a Body Wisdom Reading over zoom. Bring me a list of your ailments and I'll give you a conversation your body is trying to have with you and how you can better listen. DM me.

I will! Thank you, Teri!

Teri, this Body wisdom reading -just watched it 🤩 a story about a baby cat Fudge is so emotional💟. It seems aological yet profound, but one can’t always connect all the dots alone and this isn’t about logic, because it’s about the most profound self. This reminds me of Louise Hay and her “you can heal your life” book and work. Great session🎊

I was referencing Louise Hay for Body Wisdom starting when I was about 15 years old. (when did that book come out? sometime in the 80s?). After years of watching yoga bodies and listening to clients share their ailments, while also reading their chakras, I've got this down to quite a science. I'm so honored that Suzy was willing to share her reading so openly.
